CPD Corner
Continuous Professional Development is the purposeful act of creating ongoing space and conditions to further develop your expertise. The intention to create the time and commitment is the first step to learn and grow in a way that is reflective of your values and aspirations. The next step is to identify what you specifically want to accomplish. You may wish to further develop your thinking, or to formulate new ideas, to hone techniques or develop additional knowledge and professional specialisms.
Those who create their destiny tend to tap into two secret ingredients; they know what intrinsically motivates them and as such are more than willing to invest their time and commitment. They are also creators of choice and options in line with their values and purpose, which they then connect to their learning.
To support your CPD I have three potential pathways to choose from:

Foundation Fundamentals
120 minutes £40 max. 12 participants
This is for those who have attended the Foundation programme and would value the opportunity to further hone your skills in a dedicated time and space with fellow practitioners.
Complimentary CPD sessions
If you haven’t already completed the Foundation programme, why not start there as you will be entitled to 2 relevant complimentary CPD sessions. You can also include the Group Professional Reflective Practices outlined below.

To Boldly Go: 13.10.25 – 4pm – 6pm

Thinking Partnership Fundamentals
150 minutes £40 max. 4 participants
This is for those who have attended the ThinkingPartnership programme and would value the opportunity to further hone your skills in a dedicated time and space with fellow practitioners.

Group Professional Reflective Practices
120 minutes £40 max. 6 participants
Group Reflective Spaces provide the opportunity to reflect on your professional practice, this can include coaching practice, facilitation, leadership, or any practice where you would like the space to reflect. The Reflective Space will be facilitated in a Thinking Environment and will seek to utilise appropriate information from various disciplines, including Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Insights and any other topics that the group may wish to address.

Developing authentic inner self: 23.1.25 – 4pm – 6pm
Harnessing the power of huour and apprehension: 25.2.25 – 4pm – 6pm
The inclusivity of Constructive Discontent: 27.3.25 – 4pm – 6pm

Individual Professional Reflective Practices are available on a one-to-one basis, which can be ad hoc, one-off or a regular CPD practice, and as such the finer details will be agreed according to individual circumstances.
